The Challenge
FinPeak's 50-person finance team was spending 40+ hours per week manually compiling reports across 12 different banking systems. The existing process was error-prone, slow, and couldn't scale with the company's growth from 50 to 500 clients.

Our Solution
We architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Laravel 11 with tenant-level database isolation. The frontend was built with React and a custom design system for consistency across all tenant portals.
Key technical decisions:
• Event-sourced data pipeline using Laravel Queues + Redis for real-time aggregation
• Sub-tenant isolation with row-level security in PostgreSQL
• Automated report generation using a custom PDF engine
• 12 banking API integrations via a unified adapter pattern
• Zero-downtime deployment pipeline on AWS ECS
