The Challenge
200+ clinics across Canada were struggling with appointment no-shows (averaging 38% no-show rate), paper-based patient records, and no telemedicine capability — critical gaps exposed during the post-pandemic growth phase.
Our Solution
We built a React Native app (iOS + Android) with a Laravel 11 API backend. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with HIPAA-compliant audit logging. We integrated Twilio for SMS reminders and video consultations, and Stripe for co-payment processing.
