Your ideas stay yours.

Cobox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

The idea, business problem or goal you write in the blueprint tool.
Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company, when you contact us.
If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage data such as pages visited. The text of your idea is never sent to analytics.

To generate your Business Blueprint and any refinements you request.
To follow up with you about your idea, and to respond to your messages.
To understand which parts of the website help visitors, if you accepted analytics.

Your idea, and any refinement instructions you send, are processed on Cobox's servers and forwarded to our AI provider to generate the Blueprint. Please don't submit passwords or other sensitive credentials in the idea box.
Cobox does not use your ideas to train AI models, and we do not share your idea with other customers or the public.
Each Blueprint is stored under an anonymous, unguessable access token — not tied to your name or email unless you choose to share your contact details with us. Your browser keeps only that access token, in session storage for that tab, so you can keep working on the same Blueprint. It stops working for you once you close the tab or start a new idea, though the underlying Blueprint remains on our servers as described below.

Your idea is yours. We use it only to help you and to prepare for a conversation with you. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion — just ask.

We keep blueprints and contact details until you ask us to delete them, or for as long as needed to work with you.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Use the contact page and we will respond promptly.
