Working at Cobox

Cobox Technologies is a small team in Bangalore that works across strategy, product and engineering. We help founders and established businesses turn ideas and problems into working products and systems: validating ideas, building MVPs, replacing manual processes with connected software, and supporting what we build after launch.

Four habits describe the way we like to work, and the people we enjoy working with:

• Capable: we care about building things that work reliably, not just things that demo well.
• Curious: we learn the customer's business before choosing technology.
• Approachable: we keep conversations direct and respectful, with colleagues and with clients.

How hiring works

We keep the process simple and tell you what to expect.

• Apply from the role page. Each open role lists its location, type, experience level, requirements and skills. Apply with your details and resume.
• You'll get a confirmation email straight away, so you know your application reached us.
• We review every profile. We receive many applications, so this can take some time. There is nothing more you need to do while we review.
• If your profile is a good match, we will contact you by email or phone to talk about the role and your experience.
