The challenge

Registering a business, filing GST, getting a trademark or a licence involves many forms, portals and deadlines, and most first-time founders do not know where to begin. The platform had to turn a confusing, paperwork-heavy journey into a clear one: simple choices up front, visible pricing, and a way to follow progress after submitting.

What we built

We built a platform that organises the journey around the customer's goal: • A guided entry point ("What do you need today?") that routes to starting a business, tax and GST, brand protection or compliance • A catalogue of eight services across four categories: private limited company, LLP, Udyam registration, GST registration, GST filing, trademark, FSSAI licence and import-export code • Dedicated service pages that explain scope, required documents and what is included, each with an enquiry and sign-up flow (Google or email) • An account area to track the progress of an application • An AI compliance assistant for checklists and deadline reminders • English and Hindi versions, learning content and a callback option
