The challenge
Devotional needs in India are served by many separate providers: one seller for products, another for astrology, phone calls to book a puja, a travel agent for pilgrimage trips. Each has its own checkout, trust questions and language. The idea behind Jyotirling.com is to offer "one sacred platform for your entire spiritual journey" and for that to work it has to feel trustworthy, familiar and easy in the language the visitor prefers.
What we built
We built a single web platform with these connected parts: • Devotional store with category browsing (rudraksha, gemstones, crystals, yantra, vastu, puja essentials, combos and more), price filters, sorting, discounts and ratings • Consultations with astrologers and astrology guidance • Puja booking and curated devotional packages • Taxi booking for Jyotirlinga pilgrimages, with destination selection and local or intercity trips • Donations to temples and a chanting (jaap) section • English and Hindi versions with a language switch on every page • One cart, one login, and WhatsApp and astrologer shortcuts available throughout
The result
The platform is live at jyotirling.com, serving store, services, travel and donations from one account and one design language, in two languages.
